Turquoise and emerald — two expressions of the same cool, jewelled palette — layered in brushstrokes that shimmer and shift depending on the light. It is the kind of colour that looks different at noon and at dusk, and better on the second day than the first.
Each piece is hand-painted in Nha Xa, a silk-weaving village in northern Vietnam where artisan dyeing techniques have been refined across more than 700 years. The two colours are applied by hand in open, expressive strokes, and the result is always unique — shaped by the particular weight and rhythm of the artisan's movement that day.
Woven from 100% pure mulberry habotai silk: the finest, most transparent grade, with a natural sheen that makes jewel tones glow as though lit from within.
