Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Free UK returns. For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, returns are free — contact us and we'll arrange your return at no cost. For international orders, customers are responsible for return postage, and we don't cover taxes or duties on returns.

Damages/issues: inspect on arrival and contact us immediately if defective, damaged or wrong.

Non-returnable: used items, sale items, gift cards.

Refunds: once received and inspected, approved refunds go to your original payment method (UK return postage covered by us; international at customer's cost); allow 3–10 business days.

Faulty items: email us within 30 days and we'll cover return postage. Proof of purchase required.
