Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note that we do not cover taxes, duties or shipping costs for returns. We recommend obtaining a receipt or proof of purchase when returning any item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will not accept any request for refund / return for damages and issues after 3 days the product has been delivered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the postage fee is not included. You are responsible for the return postage by a shipping method of your choice.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This time is typically 3-5 business days but it can take up to 10 business days.

Faulty Items

We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, please send us an email to info@silkandbears.com to arrange a return, exchange, or refund. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

It is our policy that we are unable to refund or exchange if you cannot provide proof of purchase when returning an item.
