UK shipping
- Free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Below £50, standard delivery is £3.50.
- Standard delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48, aiming to arrive within 2–3 working days.
- Express delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days), £5. Free on orders over £100.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), sent fully tracked, with tracking emailed to you.
- Please check your delivery address at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for address mistakes or typos.
International shipping
Free delivery thresholds differ by destination. The rate that applies to you is shown at checkout before you pay.

- All international orders ship fully tracked from the UK; delivery is typically 2–10 working days.
- Some destinations take longer, owing to customs and local postal handling — Israel can take up to a month, and the United Arab Emirates typically more than two weeks.
- Express courier via DHL or UPS is available to every international destination at the rates above — fast, fully tracked and priority handled.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are set by your own country and are the customer’s responsibility; they are not included in the price you pay us.
