A soft, luminous pearl white — a versatile bridal neutral for the bride, bridesmaids and wedding guests.

100% pure mulberry habotai silk (10 momme), hand-dyed in small batches in Nha Xa, Vietnam, and dried naturally on bamboo frames. 85 × 180 cm. Each piece has its own gentle lustre.

A wedding shawl that covers shoulders in the ceremony and folds into a clutch for the reception — also an evening wrap, bridesmaid gift, Eid outfit or head scarf. We can supply matching shades for a bridal party.

Gift-boxed and ready to give; silk is the traditional 12th-anniversary gift. Hand-dyed in small batches — reserve your shade while it lasts.

Designed in England · Handwoven in Vietnam · Featured in British Vogue, Tatler, Grazia & T Magazine

Care: Hand-dyed, 100% mulberry silk. First wash: rinse alone in cool water with a silk-friendly detergent, as natural dyes settle on the first wash. Do not soak or wring. Dry flat in shade; cool iron with a pressing cloth. The fine slubs and tonal variations of hand-loomed silk are marks of authenticity, not faults.

About Silk Habotai

Woven for centuries in Vietnam’s silk villages of Nha Xa and Van Phuc, habotai — “soft as down” — is prized for its featherlight drape and luminous sheen. Each Silk & Bears scarf is hand-dyed by artisans using traditional techniques, so no two pieces are ever identical.
