Care: Hand-dyed, 100% mulberry silk. First wash: rinse alone in cool water with a silk-friendly detergent, as natural dyes settle on the first wash. Do not soak or wring. Dry flat in shade; cool iron with a pressing cloth. The fine slubs and tonal variations of hand-loomed silk are marks of authenticity, not faults.

About Silk Habotai
Woven for centuries in Vietnam’s silk villages of Nha Xa and Van Phuc, habotai — “soft as down” — is prized for its featherlight drape and luminous sheen. Each Silk & Bears scarf is hand-dyed by artisans using traditional techniques, so no two pieces are ever identical.
