Butter yellow and cerulean blue — the colours of a warm afternoon sky, translated into silk. There is a naturalness to this pairing that feels almost effortless: the warmth of one, the openness of the other, meeting in brushstrokes that move the way light does.
Hand-painted in Nha Xa, a silk-weaving village in northern Vietnam with more than 700 years of artisan heritage. Each scarf is painted freely, colour by colour, and no two pieces are ever the same. Yours is a one-of-a-kind original, made by a single pair of hands.
Woven from 100% pure mulberry habotai silk — featherlight, naturally luminous, and soft against the skin in a way only real silk can be.

About Silk Habotai
Woven for centuries in Vietnam’s silk villages of Nha Xa and Van Phuc, habotai — “soft as down” — is prized for its featherlight drape and luminous sheen. Each Silk & Bears scarf is hand-dyed by artisans using traditional techniques, so no two pieces are ever identical.
