British Vogue

A seasonal campaign, in our own words — introducing Silk & Bears to one of the most discerning readerships in fashion.

In June 2026, Silk & Bears appeared in the pages of British Vogue. The placement was our own — a considered seasonal brand campaign rather than an independent editorial feature — and, for a small founder-led house, a quiet milestone worth marking honestly.

We chose Vogue because its readers care about how things are made. That is the whole of our story: hand-dyed mulberry silk, designed in England and crafted by artisan partners in Vietnam.

What the campaign said

“Silk & Bears bridges British design and Vietnamese heritage. Crafted in the historic village of Nha Xa, each piece — from hand-dyed silk scarves to fluid silk dresses and intricately hand-embroidered velvet — is created in limited quantities. Light, luminous, and quietly distinctive, every design reflects timeless craftsmanship for the modern, discerning wardrobe.”

Vogue’s readership has always rewarded substance over noise, and that suited us. Silk & Bears does not chase column inches — we make scarves and silk dresses well, and let the pieces speak. The campaign simply gave a wider audience the chance to find them.

Every Silk & Bears scarf is hand-dyed individually, so no two are ever quite alike, and every order arrives gift-boxed as standard. Designed in England’s Peak District; hand-dyed by artisan partners in the historic Vietnamese silk village of Nha Xa.
